Aathiyam Thooyamalli Rice is grown using native seeds naturally and traditionally.

 

After cultivation our rice is steamed in a traditional vessel called copra.

 

After steaming rice bran is removed using a special designed technology to preserve the first layer nutrient. 

 

Our rice is completely unpolished and diabetic friendly.

Traditionally this rice was used by small kings of Tamilnadu.
